Welcome to the Chautauqua County Equestrian Trail System, Inc. (CCETS), an Equestrian Destination with trails located at both Boutwell Hill and North Harmony State Forests in Chautauqua County, New York. Traveling to CCETS is made easy by major highways such as Interstate 90 and Interstate 86. Beautifully maintained horse trails of intertwining loops allow you to ride for 1 hour or 10 hours finding overlooks, pine and hardwood forests, meadows and picnic areas for your pleasure.

Boutwell Hill has 5 horse trailer friendly parking areas, there are plenty of access points to choose from while North Harmony has 2 access parking areas, Jasper Park or the corner lot at warner road.

These beautiful trails are well marked and will lead to many fun destinations from June 1 through September 30. Trails close in Boutwell Hill State Forest due to many trails are linked to private property and weather conditions outside these date limit safe trail use.

 CCETS is committed to supporting our community well-being by providing safe, accessible well-marked trails offering  connection to nature, other trail users, and each other. As stewards of multi use destination trail systems, we are dedicated to providing safe inclusive access to nature and local businesses. 

CCETS is focused on the growth and management of multi-use trails in Chautauqua County, New York working in partnership with diverse trail user groups, land owners, and the NYS DEC. CCETS strives to enhance and maintain trails for sustainability for shared public use on State, County, Town, and Private Lands.
